Thursdays Session – 10/3/2011
Hey Runners,
Here’s Thursdays Session… 5.30pm at Limestone Park.
Run 2 laps = 14km, slightly longer extra hill up queens park than the other week for whoever wants it.
Otherwise straight up Griffith Rd for a 5.5km lap = 11km
Remember run at the level you are capable of, there are lots of variations of the course for those who may find the hills a little difficult. There’s also 3 water stops along the way, at the start, top of denmark hill and in queens park.
I’ve put in KOM (King of the Mountain) on 2nd lap at the water tower and Queens park
(p.s. You cant start the 2nd lap 2min in front of everyone if you want KOM bragging rights!)
