Training Plans
Hi Runners
Happy new year to you all. I wish u and your families the very best for 2011. A number of athletes have asked me about preparing running programs for this year. Its really exciting to hear athletes having some major goals including City to surf, half marathons, full marathons, olympic distance triathlons in 2011 and even Ironmans.
If you would like a personal program just drop me an email with some of your goals for 2011. Individual programs are vital in preparing yourself for events and will limit the chance of over training and injuries which are a common occurance in our sport.
Please note that the Ipswich Free Training Squads of Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 5.30pm are still going strong with the Big Hit Park Run on Saturday mornings 7am into its 3rd year. New runners (and old runners) always welcome.
